About the role
The Intake Specialist performs the initial consultation with our clients to determine which of our services best fits their specific situation. This role involves gathering information, assessing client needs and ensuring a smooth entry into the firm. The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue by delivering the highest quality service to our clients.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST
- Pay rate : $23 / hr + Bonus
What you\'ll do
Learn, memorize, and research the case types we offer at the firm based on Attorney's guidelines.Conduct one-hour interviews with potential clients and initiate a potential case type based on the Attorney's direction, training, FAQ documents, and other communications.Lead Interviews with approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clients.Review case pricing with clients and determine their best payment option to start a potential case type. Involve the Intake Manager or Intake Assistant Manager to approve manager specials or payment plans.Educate clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and the payment options available to them.Convert potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.Schedule and follow up with all leads that have potential case types to clarify information, answer questions, and encourage engagement with the firm.If eligible, based on client's initial down payment, this individual is responsible for scheduling the sign-up appointment.Responsible for sending contracts to clients following down payment.Stay up to date on weekly legal training with firm attorneys.Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalWorld class customer service and selling skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselvesImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsExperience in sales or metrics-based environment preferredSeniority level
