What You'll Do :

• Lead and support retail, caf, and chocolate shop team members during evening and weekend shifts
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and operating efficiently
• Manage cash, breaks, and end-of-day procedures
• Communicate clearly with leadership and team members throughout building
• Model exceptional service and teamwork
