Overview
Reporting to the Head, Research and Education Services and in collaboration with other faculty librarians, participates in the design and implementation of synchronous and asynchronous library instruction in the health sciences, including the development and maintenance of online learning objects, videos, and other resources that apply the concepts of evidence based practice and information literacy; provides in-depth research consultations with faculty, staff, and students; performs complex literature searches in support of systematic reviews and other research endeavors; records personal statistics related to instruction and consultation activities; participates in library strategic initiative activities, which may include research impact, clinical education, undergraduate education, scholarly communication, data management, research methodology, and others; acts as liaison to one or more health sciences colleges or departments and builds relationships and networks to support the instructional and research needs of students and faculty; attends library departmental meetings.
Minimum Education
Master’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary
The budget for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
