Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our communities. This includes managing staff, maintaining the physical property, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
Key responsibilities include :
Leading and mentoring on-site staffManaging property budgets and accounting proceduresOverseeing maintenance and vendor coordinationHandling resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and evictionsEnsuring the community is clean, safe, and in top conditionPerforming regular inspections and resolving issues proactivelyManaging ongoing renovations and upgradesEnsuring GMC procedures are being followed by all team membersWhat We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in property or community managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitaskingProfessional, team-first attitude with good judgmentFamiliarity with financials, payroll, and accounting processesCompensation and Benefits
