Shift : Monday-Friday 10 : 00PM-6 : 30AM
Responsibilities :
- Receive, store, issue, and deliver materials and equipment across all client facilities.
- Perform cleaning duties to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Record receipt of items and maintain an updated open purchase order file.
- File receiving documents from carriers.
- Stage items for delivery to hospital departments.
- Uncrate and perform minor assembly of received products.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to cleaning and sanitation in healthcare facilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Experience with minor assembly of products and handling deliveries within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for recording and tracking inventory.
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to handling materials and equipment.
