Compensation : $230,000'$255,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend

We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join a well-established urgent care / occupational medicine practice. In this role, you will balance direct patient care with physician leadership, guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and supporting operational excellence.
