LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Batesville, Arkansas, 72501!

Pay Information

$375 to $438 per hour

About The Position

Exciting Radiation Oncology locum opportunity available in Arkansas. Join a dedicated team in an outpatient setting with no call requirements.

Highlights

  • No call duties, & dedicated admin time on Friday
  • Temporary privileges offered for a quick start
  • Open to licensed and non-licensed physicians; licensing team available to support
  • Potential for a 6 or 12-month commitment

Practice Setting

  • Outpatient oncology clinic
  • Support from full-time RNs and radiation therapists
  • Dedicated care coordinator and office staff
  • Dosimetry and physics support available
  • Schedule

  • 36 hours per week : Mon-Thu full days, Fri half-day
  • Monday : patient treatment sessions
  • Tuesday / Thursday : new patient consultations
  • Wednesday : follow-up appointments
  • Friday : admin tasks and possible patient sessions
  • Cases and Procedures

  • Adult patient focus only
  • High volume of head, neck, and lung cases
  • Utilize 3D Conformal, IMRT, SRS, and SBRT modalities
  • No brachytherapy; urologists handle seed placements
  • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
  • Arkansas state licensure or IMLC eligibility
  • Strong background in adult oncology cases
