IowaVocational Rehabilitation Services is recruiting a technicalspecialist / developer to enhance the Iowa Rehabilitation ServicesSystem (IRSS) for case management.

This project work will ensurecompliance with federal and state security requirements and draw onindustry bestpractices.

Idealcandidate is a Full stack developer with a strong securitybackground. Preference for candidates with experience developing onsecurityprojects.

Theproject work will focus on security enhancements and other featuredevelopment for IRSS. Security enhancements will includeintegrating new identity access management solutions enhancingencryption of data at rest and in transit and ensure compliancewith Federal Regulation regarding audit logging.

This project is inthe early discovery phase and the contractor will assist indevelopment along with requirements refinement.

This project willrequire updating web applications SQL databases web forms and otherapplications asneeded.

IVRSIRSS development team consists of four developers a project managerand three analysts that represent different parts of the business.The contra

ctorwill augment the team as they complete business operations forfederalcompliance.
