Fence and Deck Foreman
Cascade Fence and Deck We are looking to add some good people to our growing company! We are very busy and are looking to bring on a couple people that either have the experience and confidence, or are willing to learn to become a foreman of a crew.

Hard work and grit gets rewarded heavily. Overview of the role Leading a crew of 2-3 guys building custom decks and patio covers and some fences.
You will work closely with the PM and the client to make their project come to life You will be responsible for your crews results - with the help of the PM and Super of course No mandatory Saturday work, but is available if you want more hours Some experience is preferred but we are willing to teach and train the right guy.
We are mainly looking for someone that has the grit and hunger to take on a role and work with us to make it work All tools and trucks are provided by us Reasons you might not like this role We work all year around, rain or shine Can be a higher pressure job, when a job falls behind, things don't go as planned, etc.
It’s a lot of hard work and manual labor - so you can cancel your gym membership Lifting heavy materials Digging footings Fast paced and competitive If you do not like to work with customers - we are very customer experience focused Compensation and Benefits Starting wage can be anywhere from $25-$40 depending on experience and potential No ceiling on your wage, as long as your bringing more value, we will pay you more 100% paid by us full health / dental / vision insurance for you AND your family 2-4 weeks paid time off per year Monthly phone stipend for foreman, pm, estimators Tons of opportunity to grow into new roles like project management, estimating, etc.
