Congenial Westside real estate and general litigation firm seeks an attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in real estate litigation. Practice experience should include landlord / tenant, construction, lease, purchase and sale agreements, and / or partnership disputes. Ideal candidates have experience taking lead on party, witness, and expert depositions and would be described as "minders" in the finders / minders / grinders paradigm. Trial experience is a plus, but not necessary. The attorneys at the firm are highly-experienced, former big firm lawyers. Our cases are complex, and we often oppose the top firms in the United States and more than hold our own. Accordingly, big-firm quality work product and work ethic is a must. But, living behind a desk is not part of the job. We built the firm that we wished we could have worked at excellence with balance.

This position allows for personal and professional flexibility and growth by offering limited billable hour requirements and the ability to manage your own case load once those requirements are met. Compensation is based on experience and the degree to which you can complete tasks independently and manage your own case load. We offer generous bonus structures for billed work beyond the billable hour requirements.

The position is remote, which makes personal accountability and responsiveness a key to success. There are also opportunities available for attorneys who are looking to grow their own practice, which the firm encourages.
