The Company is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to take on the dual role of CEO and Editor-in-Chief. The ideal candidate will be deeply inspired by the feminist and mission-driven focus of the organization, with a strong background in fundraising, editorial or literary acumen, and a strategic, outward-facing approach. They should be a compelling communicator, a thought leader, and a champion of the cultural and communal currents shaping the relevant fields. The role requires a leader who is a strategic operator, comfortable with both big-picture dreaming and the day-to-day operations of a small nonprofit. An intergenerational connector and mentor, the candidate should be attuned to the media habits of younger generations and excited to foster connections across diverse communities.
