Kubrick are expanding their US office and are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to work in the commercial team. What would I be doing? This role will support the commercial and delivery functions by ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, accurate documentation, and proactive coordination across SOWs, Salesforce, and client onboarding activities. This role will directly report into Head of Global Accounts and play a key part in improving operational efficiency and time-to-start for new projects.

  • Maintain Salesforce (SF) hygiene — ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistent pipeline updates.
  • Track deal stages, close dates, and resource allocations across all accounts.
  • SOW & Contract Administration
  • Support preparation, review, and tracking of SOWs (Statements of Work) — especially for Starburst, Neo, and Snowflake projects.
  • Manage SOW approvals, signatures, and version control in coordination with legal and delivery teams.
  • Conduct billing checks and monitor renewal or amendment schedules.
  • Operational Support
  • Handle Freshservice tickets related to sales and onboarding tasks.
  • Coordinate with delivery and talent teams to push start dates earlier where possible, ensuring timely project launches.
  • Track and escalate blockers affecting start dates or client deliverables.
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify recurring administrative tasks and propose automation or process improvements.
  • Support creation of dashboards or trackers to visualize SOW pipeline, billing accuracy, and lead-to-start conversion.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting time savings and operational efficiency gains from implemented changes. What skills and experience do I need?
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Support or Administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail, and a strong communication skills
  • Resilience to challenges and perseverance
  • Organised with high standards and a self-starter able to manage your own time
