Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Assist the superintendent in overseeing all on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project schedules, help coordinate daily field operations, and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.
• Ensure job site safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Participate in daily walkthroughs to assess progress, quality, and site cleanliness.
• Help manage material deliveries, equipment logistics, and inventory tracking.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
• Assist in quality control inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and code requirements.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.
