Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Will Call Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our will call service, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

You will interact directly with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the preparation and organization of orders for will call pickup.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive to pick up their orders.
• Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy.
• Assist customers with locating and loading their orders into their vehicles.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and policies.
• Process payments and issue receipts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized will call area, ensuring that all orders are properly labeled and stored.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet customer needs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of will call / counter sales experience
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating order quantities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Working Conditions :

• This position primarily involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Exposure to warehouse environments and varying temperatures.
