Job Description
The Product Data Coordinator supports the Change Coordinator with documentation of product and process changes. This role involves development and maintenance of product and material data, tracking changes, and working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure proper record keeping.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Change Management - Assist in tracking and documenting product and process changes
- Cross-functional Coordination - Support and monitor communication across departments and help prepare for change control meetings
- Data Entry & Documentation - Collect and organize products, materials, and labor information to maintain accurate records in the Innergy ERP system
- BOM Development – Interpret product drawings and other information sources to draft Bill of Materials
- Data Analysis - Assist with analyzing data to support updates to labor standards, material usage and process improvement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Comfortable working with data and documentationProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Good communication and organizational skillsAbility to learn ERP systems and product documentation toolsBasic understanding of product drawings or blueprintsHigh quantity data entry and maintenance of data recordsDetail-oriented and willing to ask questionsHigh school diplomaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in ERP management or support (preferred)Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred)WORK ENVIRONMENT :
