Restaurant Manager

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new restaurant in Federal Way in March 2026, specializing in authentic Ukrainian and European cuisine. To help bring this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

About the Role : As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a high standard of service, building a strong team culture, and ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new concept from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Recruit, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with ownership and kitchen leadership on menu planning, promotions, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Ukrainian hospitality and culture.

Pay Scale : $80,000 - $100,000 annual compensation, depending on experience
