Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee logistics and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and develop high-performing teams through recruitment, training, and motivation

Oversee end-to-end operational flow, including inventory control and logistics

Manage financial performance by maintaining budgets and controlling costs

Qualifications :

5-10 years of leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL logistics environment

Proven expertise in managing complete warehouse fulfillment cycles

Experience in budget management and P&L responsibility

High proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Ability to work flexible hours and meet physical requirements
