Direct Hire opportunity for a Director, Investor Relations located in Long Beach, CA.
As a Director, Investor Relations you will :
- Relationship Management You will be responsible for all aspects of investor relations and outreach. You will nurture relationships from prospect to actual investor into JetZero.
- You will maintain dynamic CRM / database, and maps stakeholders and relationship status.
- Fundraising Campaign Management You will drive fundraising campaigns, develop investor marketing materials and value positioning and lead investor due diligence.
You will manage the investor process and data room.
- Board Management You will drive a quarterly Board of Directors process for key stakeholders.
- Reporting and Planning You will generate and coordinate feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate accurate and timely reporting to investors and analytical community
- Coordinate inputs into industry / external guidance.
- Gather investor / analyst feedback and continuously incorporates into strategic planning function
- Perform investor-related analytics, provides inputs into strategic planning function and value positioning
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
Ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
- 10 or more years' experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community
- Deep understanding of Venture Capitol
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
- Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends
- A professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focus
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors
- Experience with software tools such as CRM (HubSpot) and virtual data room (SecureDocs) preferred.

Salary Range : $180,000 - $200,000 per year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
