Senior Analytics Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Lead - Data-as-a-Service.

Key Responsibilities

Build the strategy, processes, and tools for analytics within the Data-as-a-Service organization

Develop and maintain capacity and supply models to drive forecasting and resource allocation

Establish reliable data pipelines and dashboards to monitor data health and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, or data science, with at least 3+ years in a senior or manager role

Proven ability to build and scale analytics or BI functions in a high-growth environment

Strong expertise in capacity and supply-demand modeling, preferably in marketplace or workforce businesses

Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tools, with experience in data pipelines and dashboards

Experience leading teams and a desire to grow into a people leadership role
