Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency property damage 24 / 7 365 days a year
  • Handle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detail
  • High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire / smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims Manager
  • Act as liaison between customers and insurance carriers
  • Be accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as needed
  • Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion
  • Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Desire to continually learn new things
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Forklift Certified preferred
  • IICRC Certification preferred

  • Hourly rate : $21-$26 / hour based on prior experience and current certifications
