UI UX Senior Designer (Remote - US)

As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you will take ownership of the full design function within a fast-growing digital solutions environment. This is a foundational role where you’ll define design strategy, establish scalable systems, and create intuitive, impactful user experiences across a diverse product portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality, while implementing best-in-class design standards. This position offers the opportunity to shape the long-term design vision and ensure consistency across enterprise-level products serving critical industries.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across multiple platforms.
• Conduct product audits to evaluate usability and design effectiveness, providing actionable insights and improvement roadmaps.
• Define and implement scalable design systems and component libraries to drive visual and functional coherence across products.
• Establish and manage design processes, including workflows for requests, reviews, and feedback integration.
• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are embedded in all design outputs and drive compliance initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Present design concepts and research findings persuasively to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support A / B testing initiatives and monitor user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvements.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a market-leading experience.
