Senior Product Designer (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the design of innovative B2B SaaS products that simplify complex workflows and create intuitive, impactful user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate quickly. Your work will influence multiple product teams, shaping scalable systems and consistent design patterns while ensuring accessibility and usability. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, where ownership, creativity, and user-centered thinking drive meaningful outcomes for customers.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ship impactful experiences.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions that balance user needs with business goals.
• Design scalable, consistent interfaces across custom web and Salesforce applications, refining patterns for usability and efficiency.
• Prototype, test, and iterate solutions rapidly based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to understand technical constraints and deliver effective, feasible solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance product strategies.
