Accountabilities

• Design user-centric experiences that balance business objectives with intuitive, elegant interfaces.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and iterate rapidly.
• Create multiple concepts and prototypes, ranging from low-fidelity sketches to polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to enhance engagement, adoption, and ROI.
• Mentor and collaborate with other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
