Assist Patients One-on-One with Their MyChart Accounts (Maple Grove CSC)

The MyChart portal has a wealth of information. Unfortunately, not all our patients are savvy enough to use it. As a digital navigator, you would assist patients one-on-one with their MyChart accounts.

This role is for you if you :

• Are well versed in using technology
• Enjoy interacting with a variety of people
• Like taking time to solve problems and ensure each person’s needs are met
• Speak Somali or Spanish - not a requirement but a bonus!
