We are seeking a highly skilled

Network Engineer

to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom network design, provisioning, and support, with hands-on experience in both

Ethernet

and

TDM-based technologies

Design, implement, and support

Ethernet and TDM network infrastructures

Perform

provisioning tasks

and ensure seamless integration of network elements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable network solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.

Participate in network design reviews and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.

Maintain accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and processes.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of experience

working with

WAN telecommunications networks

Previous

telecom experience

, including network design work and provisioning.

Strong hands-on experience with

Ethernet networks

Solid understanding of

TDM (Time-Division Multiplexing) based technology

Demonstrated ability to

design, implement, and support Ethernet and TDM network infrastructures

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in telecom network design and management.

Certifications related to networking or telecommunications.

Soft Skills :

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
