• Identify small and midsized businesses to offer our client's human resource services and technology.
• Call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how HR solutions can help solve their challenges.
• Will from the office first few months, then ideally on the road meeting and consulting with clients.
• 3+ years of B2B experience who enjoys networking, getting out there, being provided with warm leads. Base Salary : $75,000 (non-negotiable) Cell Phone Allowance : $36.93 per bi-weekly pay period Monthly Expenses (can expense up to $370) Commission : Uncapped commissions & residuals Additional Incentive (Nov 2025 – Dec 2026) 1st sale : $5,000 bonus 2nd sale : $5,000 bonus 3rd sale : $10,000 bonus
