Job description

A company is looking for an Energy Sales Director to lead and mentor a team of Energy Advisors in navigating complex energy challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Energy Advisors in complex sales cycles

Lead and mentor the team to enhance sales performance and professional development

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in retail commercial energy

3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team, preferably in the energy sector

Experience with energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, or similar

Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated experience in fostering a collaborative team culture
