Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates and cost models for projects
Lead preconstruction strategy meetings and evaluate potential risk factors
Coordinate transition meetings between project teams and manage preconstruction budgets
Required Qualifications
Preferred 4-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years as a Preconstruction Manager with 10-20 years of construction experience
Experience in conceptual estimating for industrial, environmental, and wastewater projects
Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
Familiarity with PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications
