A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to support financial advisors and enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client support through communication with advisors and clients, addressing inquiries and managing time-sensitive tasks
Educate clients and advisors on services and technology while collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution
Perform administrative duties including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and managing operational reports
Required Qualifications
1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
1+ years of experience in a client service role
Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e., SIE, Series 7 and 66)
Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
