Job description
A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management in Hedging and Trading.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for product innovation and market competitiveness
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements
Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in product development in mortgage capital markets technology
Advanced knowledge of mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and secondary market trading
Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth
Strong project management and leadership skills
