Responsibilities :
Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systemsInterpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts and installationsEnsure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standardsEstimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projectsCollaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements, timelines, and progressSupervise and provide guidance to junior plumbers and apprenticesClean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materialsInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heatersCut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniquesWeld, solder, or join pipes using approved methodsConduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose complex issues or defectsTroubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutionsCoordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipmentKeep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progressTrain and mentor junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpersStay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulationsHealth & Safety Roles & Responsibilities :

High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a plumber I or 4+ years in a plumbing roleThorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practicesExtensive experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawingsStrong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and toolsExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesEffective communication, leadership
