This position is primarily responsible for researching calls prior to them being dispatched. You will be responsible for follow up calls behind installs to schedule Quality assurance checks.
Primary responsibility to research same day calls and call 3 days out to ensure calls are assigned and routed to drive revenue, achieve monthly goals for technician Lead conversion, ASAP membership sales and reduce go backs. Ensure that we deliver 5-star experience to our new install customers through consistent follow up post-install.
Pay:
$16-18/hr. base, plus commissions and bonus
