About The Position

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a Level II Trauma hospital in Charlotte, NC. This is a night-shift weekend position in a high-volume emergency department - ideal for technologists with strong trauma and Siemens scanner experience.

You'll join a dynamic imaging team that performs between 150-200 scans per day , covering a range of trauma and emergency cases.

Position Details

Schedule : 3x12s, Friday - Sunday nights (7 : 45 PM - 8 : 15 AM)

Hours per week : 36

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Setting : Emergency Department / Level II Trauma

Patient Population : Infants through geriatrics

Facility Size : 650-bed hospital

Charting System : Epic, Visage Imaging

Equipment : Siemens (S3000, Sequoia) and GE scanners

Scrub Color : Royal Blue

Orientation : 48 hours

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT imaging for trauma, neuro, and emergency patients

Operate Siemens and GE CT scanners efficiently and safely

Manage 8-12 scans per shift independently

Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols

Start IVs and administer contrast as required

Collaborate with ED and trauma teams to ensure timely diagnostics
