Job Description :
We are looking for creative and experienced Mixologists to join our team for on-demand roles at various upscale bars and establishments.
Ideal candidates are those who have a passion for mixology, an extensive knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to provide an exceptional drinking experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :
- Create and serve a range of innovative and classic cocktails and beverages.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make drink recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all drinks.
- Manage the bar inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Design new cocktail recipes and contribute to the bar menu.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and conducive to an excellent customer experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with strong cocktail knowledge.
- Creative flair and a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of current trends in cocktails and mixology.
- Professional and positive demeanor.
- Relevant training or certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
