About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Revenue Operations to join their mission of making homeownership more valuable and accessible. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the Sales, Homeowner Support, and Revenue Operations teams, with a focus on driving both short-term growth and long-term scalability. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning revenue outcomes, building and scaling high-volume inside sales teams, and designing repeatable, scalable sales motions to ensure predictable, high-velocity growth.
