About the Role

As a Director of Revenue Operations at Veryon, you will be the driving force behind optimizing revenue processes, aligning sales, marketing, and finance functions, and improving data-driven decision-making. You will design scalable systems and processes that enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate growth, and support accurate forecasting and reporting across the organization.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to execute operational improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead process optimization initiatives across sales, marketing, and finance to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to improve team performance.
• Build and maintain forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tech stack (primarily Salesforce and related tools).
• Partner with leadership to align goals, define KPIs, and track performance metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the customer journey, from lead generation to renewal.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, process standards, and reporting accuracy.
