Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
- Client Consultation : Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, and present life insurance options to aid informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation : Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports.
- Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications

Base pay range : $50,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yrAdditional compensation : Annual Bonus and CommissionBonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15thResiduals are paid on the anniversary date of the client's saleLocation and Status
