Staff Assistant
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Junior Staff Assistant. The Junior Staff Assistant will conduct administrative support functions and perform assignments which are heavily oriented toward coordination, clerical supervision, procurement, procedures, report preparation, records maintenance, and intradepartmental service.
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 6 / 30 / 2024 with potential renewal.
Pay Rate-
$28.64 / hr working 40 hours a week
Shift : Monday through Friday 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m

Skills / Experience :
- One year of experience in a staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, procedure, program, budget, or personnel -OR- One year of experience in a highly responsible secretarial capacity -OR- One year of experience in a responsible supervisory clerical capacity
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
