Job Summary : We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to join in a role that blends AI technology with innovative design to elevate user experiences across client's portfolio. This strategic position involves creating visually stunning and intuitive designs, experimenting with AI for new workflows, and leading design initiatives from conception to execution. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to push the boundaries of design and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end product design process for strategic consumer and internal innovations.

Leverage AI tools in the design workflow, setting a high standard for quality and innovation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into user-centered design solutions.

Guide and iterate design based on research, insights, and feedback, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.

Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and ongoing learning.

Must-Have Skills :

Mastery in product design thinking and visual craft (including layout, typography, and color).

Proficiency in Figma, Generative AI, and Prototyping Tools.

Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and research, comfortable with initiating new design directions.

Preferred Industry Experience :

Extensive experience (6+ years) in designing digital products, preferably within the Digital Consumer Products, Product Design, or Design Studios and Ad Agencies sectors.
