Responsibilities include :

  • Sets / develops strategy for growth and execution for the Revenue Cycle Visit Integrity Solution
  • Working closely with revenue cycle business managers, sales, content and clients to develop segment focused execution plans that will meet our clients and Solventum expectations
  • Accountable for building and executing on the Visit integrity platform including :
  • Clearly defining, prioritizing and communicating the Visit integrity solution platform, capabilities and user experiences
  • Working with each business leader to ensure they deliver on time their responsible capabilities and workflows
  • Working with our technical team ensuring they deliver on the platform cloud and data fabric system
  • Ensuring we have full alignment and delivery of the prioritized automation capabilities using various AI modeling approaches
  • Delivering on time with expected client ROI / value
  • Representing Solventum's solutions as a market leader / evangelist frequently and developing others for this purpose
  • Responsible for identifying product and service deficiencies and working with product teams to resolve
  • Providing directions to sales and marketers to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and meeting market needs
  • Ensuring that all products and services are aligned and deliver content in a compliant and consistent manner
  • Ensuring that strategies and products are aligned with market and customer needs and deliver on promised client ROI / value
  • Providing direction / content for all customer facing responsibilities including but not limited to sales, marketing, client engagement, data operations & product innovation
  • Working with business leaders, Chief and Product Owners, engineering, development, and service teams to ensure that product and service development is market relevant and timely
  • Seeking opportunities for market pull through and cross market synergies across HIS and the healthcare market including EMR and vendor partnerships
  • Leading the development of team members and the ongoing development of knowledge resources in Solventum
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Your skills and expertise :

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university or a minimum of 12+ years of experience in a healthcare related field
  • OR
  • High School Diploma / GED from AND 16+ years of experience in a healthcare related field
  • Minimum 10+ years managing people with a successful track record of success and innovation
  • Minimum 7+ years working in hospitals and / or physician offices with all aspects of revenue cycle including; Revenue Cycle Billing & Denials Management
  • Minimum 5+ years demonstrated experience collaborating across organizational boundaries (influence not direct reports) to complete projects
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering AI solutions with validated client ROI results
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

  • Industry and market knowledge as it relates to Revenue Cycle, Revenue Integrity and Denials management solutions and services
  • Experience with AI modeling and automation in healthcare
  • Experience presenting at industry trade shows and internal client events successfully
  • Worked directly with clients to solve / resolve product problems
  • Proven examples driving new product / services with success and with business partnerships
  • Experience with product development
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Individual initiative and spirit for innovation
  • Proven ability to deliver on growth plans / expectations
  • Work location : Remote

    Travel : May include up to 75% domestic

    Onboarding requirement :

    To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.     The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
