Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but are not limited to) :
Manage daily activities related to project scope budget and schedule to advance the work of multiple projects and process improvement initiativesQuickly identify the business needs and translate into business requirements exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of the Banks business and system flows within the organizationOversee the implementation of projects by developing or coordinating project plans facilitating meetings gaining consensus and creating appropriate communications of status to senior managementDevelop analyze and manage project schedules and appropriate project management documentationActively seek to understand the Banks organization business areas systems and applications in order to contribute to the overall successful execution of its initiativesNegotiate project plans timeframes and trade-offs with Business Partners understanding the impacts to the project and enterpriseCoordinate with third party vendors to provide services deploy new technologies and assist with projects requiring their expertiseWrite detailed business description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify processesMake recommendations to management to help identify methods procedures and technologies that enhance project processes and improve deliverablesAccurately depict and report on project status to management through use of Smartsheet and other toolsHelp identify risks and issues and their impact on project success in order to facilitate mitigation plans or escalating alternative solutions as neededOther projects as assigned by managerQualifications (Education Computer Skills Certifications Etc.) :
Bachelors degree in business or equivalent requiredFive (5) years plus Business and Technical Project Management experience in a financial services organizationKnowledge or retail banking operations and loan servicing strongly desiredMust be proficient in the use of tools : Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word Sharepoint and VisioPreferred experience using Smartsheets for project Management or Microsoft ProjectExcellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skillsVery strong consultative skills and the ability to define requirements based on minimal input from stakeholdersDemonstrated experience with relationship building collaboration and team facilitationMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changingRobust decision-making skills and ability to navigate complex challengesPMP certification preferred by not requiredKey Skills
