Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Maintenance Specialist to coordinate maintenance operations across our network of branches. This role ensures our facilities are safe, compliant, and operationally ready by managing vendor relationships, overseeing routine and preventive maintenance, and supporting facility upgrades.

Location : Oakdale, CA (with travel to all branch and admin locations, including Eastern Sierra)

Salary : $70,000–$95,000 annually - Exempt

Job Type : Full-time - Monday–Friday (in-person / onsite)

Reports To : EVP Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across 19 branch locations.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors and service providers.
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Maintain documentation and support minor renovation projects.
• Assist with office moves, emergency response, and budget tracking.
• May provide some handyperson work on site.
