They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.Lead and mentor a small AP / AR team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment runs while ensuring compliance with company policies.Oversee customer billing, collections, and cash application processes.Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.Monitor account balances, aging reports, and vendor statements; escalate and resolve issues proactively.Assist with month-end close by preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting related to AP / AR.Support audits and provide documentation as required.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance internal controls.Ideal Candidate Background :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.4+ years of AP / AR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.Hands-on leader who enjoys both managing people and working directly on transactional tasks.Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash application, and reconciliation.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP / accounting software preferred.Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.Benefits & Perks :
