Summary

The primary responsibility of the Art Director is to create and execute graphic design for assigned clients / projects, working with other team members to ensure that results are on schedule and meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a knowledge of design, typography, branding, layout (including hierarchy, composition, and communication), photo retouching, and image manipulation
• Develop and present creative campaigns that support agreed-upon goals and strategy
• Contribute to creative team brainstorm and critique sessions
• Give clear direction and feedback to production designers and editors working on shared projects
• Generate completed work as assigned on scheduled timeline
• Present finished creative product to stakeholders in a succinct and professional manner
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Protect the legal, moral, and financial well-being of the company
• Other duties as assigned
