Milhouse is excited to welcome a Manager - Civil Engineering, Transportation to our Civil team! If you are open-minded, solution driven with a forward thinking attitude and consider yourself a great mentor then this may be the opportunity for you!

As an integral member of our leadership team and a technical leader, you will oversee our Transportation Team in new and existing IDOT, CDOT, Illinois Tollway, Cook County, and municipal projects. In addition, you will be responsible for the quality, schedule and productivity of our work.

You will lead the and energetic transportation team while aiming for significant growth nationally both in head count, revenue and even to reach a level of independence as a standalone business unit ith your contribution. It is all within reach, as we add more strong leaders to our Milhouse Family!

• Please note this role will follow our hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office at either our downtown Chicago office or Lombard office.
