Compensation
Compensation is highly lucrative, consisting of an annual base salary + variable compensation
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and hospitality sectors, leveraging existing connections and tapping into a robust database.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Utilize your network to connect with accounts and drive business growth.
- Develop innovative approaches to generate new business, utilizing your dynamic skill set to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Explore the potential of large properties to create unique and engaging events. Collaborate with internal teams to bring these ideas to life.
- Be an out-in-front person, showcasing dynamic leadership skills
- Demonstrate a disciplined approach to sales by effectively following up on leads and opportunities and maintaining organized records.
- Pivot seamlessly between leading initiatives and collaborating in the kitchen. Utilize marketing support to enhance sales strategies.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or event management industry.
