As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter suspicious behavior and report any unusual activity. Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and location protocols. Collaborate with on-site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related incidents and provide assistance. Remain alert and attentive to the dynamic environment of a technology and media location, adapting to changing conditions and client needs. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
