Job descriptionHospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cases Diverse case exposure : general, OB, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, cardiac, and regional anesthesia No trauma or transplant cases Cardiac and young pediatric cases are managed by dedicated subspecialty teams Work in state-of-the-art operating rooms with advanced technology Excellent opportunity to sharpen and expand your regional anesthesia skills 45 Anesthesiologists, 15 CRNAs 41 anesthetizing locations covered daily Collaborative care team model Efficient peel-off system in place Full FTE = 45-50 hours / week on average Low overnight call frequency- once every 34 nights Call-based anesthesiologists are onsite; no set hours Year 1 : $550,000 Year 2 : $575,000 Year 3 : $600,000 Up to $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Additional earning potential : Up to $90,000 Generous PTO and CME W2 Employment Full Benefits Package : Health, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D FSA / HSA options 401(k) with employer contribution Fully paid malpractice (occurrence-based) Student Loan Repayment Program M.D. or D.O. from accredited institution Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency Active NY medical license (or eligibility) ECFMG and FLEX (if applicable) Strong team and communication skills 2025 graduates are welcome to apply Just 35 minutes from Manhattan via Metro-North Family-friendly suburbs with excellent public / private schools Vibrant downtown, shopping, and dining Access to hiking, golf, beaches, and cultural venues Close to Westchester County Airport (HPN) and major highways Diverse, educated, and welcoming community
