As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting government operations by monitoring and coordinating security-related activities at the location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license and follows AU Driver Policy Requirements.

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Saturday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

Sunday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
