Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the customer community both online and offline
Own and manage the event calendar, planning dinners, unique events, and conferences
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to capture and share customer stories
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in community management, field marketing, or a related role
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Experience facilitating events and conversations online or in person
Curious and data-aware, with the ability to measure effectiveness and adapt quickly
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and excitement for leadership growth
